2. Profit Share V's Straight rental

With the straight rental option the site keeps all the moneys in the cash box and does all the cash handling.  This allows more flexability for the house to offer free pool or juke box to attract patrons at quiter periods.

On profit share the operator normally keeps the keys to the equipment, does all the cash handling and pays the site owner a percentage from the cash box.

Most venues now take the rental option as it allows them to best manager their overall business and entertainment with the increased flexability.
